Mark Cavendish has moved up to 18th overall (+ 5s) as his HTC Highroad team finished in 5th place (+5s) on the TTT at Les Essarts today (3 July). In Mark's own words via Twitter:"Aww bollocks. Guess luck's not on our side just yet. Eisel crashed in first 500m of TTT. We rode with 8 riders & finished just 5 seconds down".
